As an Attorney who would like to handle their client’s diminished value claim, you can purchase a certified appraisal to assist with the claim at a discounted price.

 

If you do not choose to handle the diminished value claim for your client you may refer them to D’VA where we will offer the 2 options listed under the Vehicle Owner tab. Simply fill out the Attorney Referral Form and we will take it from there. Your client will be happy that you referred them to D’VA!

 

We are usually able to settle the claim in 2-4 months and it could give your client some much needed compensation while they await their BI claim. This option has no out-of-pocket costs to your client. All fees are deducted from the settlement.
